本作是一部完全原创的律政娱乐作品，讲述了“捏造天才”且能力卓越的律师·浦真鷲直人，为对抗巨大权力为了逃避罪行而捏造的“谎言”，自己也以巧妙的“谎言”为武器揭露真相的故事。描绘了一位不择手段拯救委托人的黑暗英雄形象。 浦真鷲，是一位既是能干的律师又同时作为一级建筑师活动的另类主人公。他运用建筑知识揭露证据和证词中的矛盾，将建筑事务所团队作为自己的手足使用，用精密的陷阱将对手逼入绝境。由谎言构成的证据，全都只是他所设下的“黑色诡计”的一部分，他是一个为了自己坚信的正义不惜使用谎言的人物。
